The Donation Journey

Step 1

Register

  • Pink CheckmarkComplete a brief pre-screening questionnaire. If eligible, you will be invited to fill in a detailed application and upload your photo below 10 years.
  • Pink CheckmarkComplete and sign consent form to become an egg donor.

Step 2

SELECTION / ASSESSMENT

Once selected, you will undergo evaluations at your recipient chosen fertility clinic (anywhere in the country), which may include:

  • Pink CheckmarkPsychological screening
  • Pink CheckmarkBlood and genetic tests
  • Pink CheckmarkDonor must pass all the above evaluations to donate.

Step 3

Donation

  • Pink CheckmarkPlease notify your treating clinic/doctor/nurse on the first day of your menstrual cycle to inform them that your period has started.
  • Pink CheckmarkOvarian stimulation (injections) begins on Day 2 or 3 of your menses. Fertility specialists and nurses will explain everything you need to know.
  • Pink CheckmarkEggs are retrieved between 9 to 16 days.
  • Pink CheckmarkDonation process ends with egg retrieval.

Step 4

Compensation

Choose Your Fertility Clinic

  • Pink CheckmarkREPRODONORS works with leading fertility clinics nationwide to ensure expert care. Your selected donor will be referred to your treating doctor or clinic.

Step 5

Begin the EGG Donation Cycle

  • Pink CheckmarkDonor undergoes screening at your clinic. Once cleared, your treating doctor/clinic will begin syncing-cycles (donor-recipient) for a fresh transfer or preparing you, the recipient, for a frozen embryo transfer.
  • Pink CheckmarkEmbryos may be tested for abnormalities and gender determination (PGT A), then frozen for later use. In case sperm is not available on retrieval day, eggs can be frozen and stored for future use.
